Qualification Details:-
The candidates must have a
Bachelor degree in Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery (BAMS) / Bachelor degree in
Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS) as the case may be from a recognized
university. She/he must have completed internship training and registered in the
Central (CCH/CClM) or Odisha.
She/he must have completed internship training and registered
in the Central (CCH/CCIM) or Odisha State Council/Board of
Ayurvedic/Homoeopathic Medicines at the time of application.

Pay Scale:-
The remuneration has been fixed to
Rs.2200/- per day.
Selection
Procedure of Ayush Doctor Vacancy 2021:-
The selection of AYUSH Doctors purely on a Mark basis
in their final BAMS/BHMS examination. The entire selection will be conducted
under the chairmanship of CDM&PHO, During selection, the DHMO/DAMO will
remain present.
How to
Apply:-
Candidates fulfilling
the eligibility criteria may attend for walk -in- interview on dt-05/05/2021
& the registration for Walk-in-interview will be from 9 AM to 12 noon at Office
of the CDM&PHO, Khordha. Preference will be given to the Candidates
belonging to Khordha district.
The following documents are to be attached with the
application form.
1. Two passport size recent photographs self attested
2. Self attested photo copy of HSC/ Equivalent Examination
Certificate & mark Sheet.
3. Self attested photo copy of passed certificates, mark
sheets & valid Regd. Certificate of qualification, internship training and
preferential qualification as per requirement of the post.
4. Undertaking for sound physical and mental ability.
5. Self attested photo copy of identity proof like Voter Identity
Card / Aadhar Card / PAN Card.
