Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be currently working in the same position under NHM in another district.
Must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and continuation certificate from the current employer.
Valid contract renewal orders must be attached.
Documents Required
Recent passport-size photograph
Self-attested copies of:
ID proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, etc.)
Educational certificates (HS to highest qualification)
Caste certificate (if applicable)
NOC & continuation certificate
Last contract renewal order
