For Junior Clerk-cum-Copyist, Junior Typist, Stenographer Grade-III:
Passed +3 Examination or equivalent.
Diploma in Computer Application (DCA) from a recognized institute.
Odia Language Proficiency: Must have passed Odia at M.E. standard.
Typing Skills:
Junior Typist: 40 words per minute (English Typing).
Stenographer Grade-III: 80 words shorthand & 40 words typing (English).
For Salaried Amin:
Passed Matriculation or equivalent.
Completed Revenue Inspector Training.
Age Limit (as of 17 June 2025)
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 32 years (Relaxation for SC/ST/SEBC/PwD as per govt. norms).
