Field Allowance: ₹900/- per village (7th Minor Irrigation Census) & ₹720/- per village (2nd Water Bodies Census)
Mobile Device Charges: ₹750/- per village/ward

Eligibility Criteria:
Essential Qualifications:
Passed 10+2 (CHSE/CBSE/ICSE) or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Odia & English.
Basic computer skills.
Must own a smartphone (Android 10.0+, 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM, 5000mAh battery) with internet access.
Desirable: Prior experience in digital data collection for Govt/NGO/Educational/Banking sectors.
