Kalahandi FPO Recruitment 2025: Vacancy Details
A total of 15 vacancies are available for the following posts:
1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Number of Vacancies: 07 Posts
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess an MBA, a Masters Degree, or a Post Graduation Diploma in Marketing Management, Rural Management, Development Management, or a related field. Alternatively, a graduation degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business Management, or BBA is also acceptable.
Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years
Experience Required: 2 to 5 years of experience in handling commodities, including both market and production sides.
Monthly Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month.
2. Accountant-cum-MIS In-charge
Number of Vacancies: 08 Posts
Educational Qualification: Applicants should have passed 10+2 with Mathematics as a compulsory subject and completed a 1-year computer course with proficiency in Tally. Preference will be given to graduates in Commerce, Social Entrepreneurship, Rural Development, or Marketing.
Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years
Experience Required: 1 to 2 years of experience as an accountant, handling financial transactions with exposure to accounting software.
Monthly Salary: Rs. 10,000 per month.
Note: A performance-based incentive is also applicable as per the decision of the Governing Body, based on target achievement and company profit.
Eligibility Criteria for Kalahandi FPO Jobs
Age Limit: The maximum age for the CEO post is 40 years, and for the Accountant post, it is 35 years as of October 8, 2025.
Mandatory Requirement for CEO: Candidates must possess a two-wheeler (bike) and a valid Driving Licence.
Documents Required: Self-attested copies of educational certificates (from Class 10th onwards), experience certificates, age proof, caste certificate (if applicable), and identity proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID) must be submitted with the application.
Selection Process for ORMAS Recruitment
The selection of candidates will be a multi-stage process:
Shortlisting: Candidates will be initially shortlisted based on their academic qualifications, career marks, and relevant experience.
Written Test (If Required): If a large number of candidates are shortlisted, a written test may be conducted before the interview.
