Educational Qualification & Eligibility
The essential qualifications and age limit for both posts are as follows. The age is calculated as of 1st April 2025.
1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Essential Qualification: MBA / master's degree or PG Diploma in Marketing Management, Rural Management, Development Management, or equivalent. A graduation degree in Agriculture, Agri-Business Management, or BBA is also acceptable.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing Producer Companies (PCs) or FPOs.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years.
2. Finance Executive
Essential Qualification: Graduation in Commerce with PGDCA/BCA. Post-Graduation in Commerce or knowledge of TALLY software will be preferred. Candidates must have studied Mathematics in 10+2 or have a Commerce/Accountancy background.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.
Selection Process
The selection of candidates will be based on:
Shortlisting based on academic qualifications and experience.
A written examination (pattern subject to change based on applications received).
A personal interview.

Detailed Job Description
Role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The CEO will act as the ex-officio Director of the Board and will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of the Producer Company. Key responsibilities include:
Business Development and building the company's share capital.
Conducting market research and establishing profitable market linkages.
Providing legal and administrative support as per company guidelines.
Mobilizing more producers to join the PC.
Acting as a liaison between the PC and government bodies like OLM, BDO, and ORMAS.
Managing day-to-day affairs, operating bank accounts, and maintaining books of accounts.
Role of Finance Executive
The Finance Executive will be the custodian of all financial records and will provide crucial support to the CEO. Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining all financial records and ledgers using TALLY software.
Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Managing cash flow, inventory, and accounts.
Coordinating with auditors, bankers, and tax agents.
Ensuring statutory compliance and assisting in budget preparation.
