We are actively recruiting for the following positions to strengthen our team for the upcoming academic year.
1. Marketing Manager
Take the helm of our marketing initiatives and drive the brand presence of MITS Group forward. This leadership role is perfect for an experienced professional with a vision.
2. District Coordinator (Admissions) - 6 Nos.
Key Locations: Rayagada, Koraput, Malkangiri, Kalahandi, Nabarangapur, and Bolangir.
This is a critical role for our expansion. As a District Coordinator, you will be the face of MITS in your district, responsible for:
Student guidance and counseling.
Lead generation and consistent follow-up.
Converting potential leads into confirmed admissions.
Handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
3. Other Prominent Vacancies
Tele Caller: Be the voice of MITS, connecting with prospective students and parents.
HR Manager: Oversee our human resources and foster a positive work culture.
Student Counsellor: Guide students on their academic and career paths.
Warden (Boys & Girls): Ensure a safe and supportive residential environment for our students.
