Key Roles and Responsibilities of a District Lead Coordinator (DLC)
As a DLC, you will be the face of OKCL in your district, entrusted with critical operational and business development tasks. Your core responsibilities will include:
Program Leadership: Spearheading the execution of OKCL’s digital education programs within the assigned district.
ALC Coordination: Serving as the Model Authorized Learning Center (ALC) Coordinator, ensuring seamless management and technical support for all centers.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaising with key stakeholders and assisting in the rollout of government-sponsored initiatives.
Operational Management: Overseeing learner enrolments, center registrations, and program delivery to meet OKCL's objectives.
Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to OKCL’s policies, operational guidelines, and financial frameworks.
Eligibility Criteria for Applicants
To be eligible for the DLC position, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:
Educational Qualification: Must be a Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. A background in IT, Management, or Education will be preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in IT education, digital literacy training, or related fields is mandatory.
Skills: Must possess strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Age Limit: The applicant must be under 60 years of age at the time of appointment.
ALC Affiliation: The applicant must be an existing OKCL ALC or demonstrate a clear willingness to establish and operate an OKCL Authorized Learning Center.

Contract Terms and Application Process
