SBI Specialist Cadre Officer Vacancy Details

SBI is inviting applications for the following Specialist Officer posts on a contract basis:

VP Wealth (SRM): 506 vacancies, age 26–42 years.

AVP Wealth (RM): 206 vacancies, age 23–35 years.

Customer Relationship Executive: 284 vacancies, age 20–35 years.

Note: Age relaxation applies for reserved categories as per Government of India norms.

Educational Qualification & Experience

VP Wealth (SRM)

• Mandatory: Graduation from a recognized university.

• Preferred: MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing with 60%, or certifications like NISM, CFP, CFA.

• Experience: 6+ years in sales & marketing in banking/wealth management.

AVP Wealth (RM)

• Mandatory: Graduation from a recognized university.

• Preferred: Post-graduation in finance/marketing/banking, or relevant certifications.

• Experience: 3+ years in sales & marketing in banking/wealth management.

Customer Relationship Executive

• Mandatory: Graduation from a recognized university.

• Preferred: Good communication skills and documentation knowledge.

• Additional: Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.

Salary & Contract Details

VP Wealth (SRM): Up to 44.70 LPA, 5-year contract (renewable).

AVP Wealth (RM): Up to 30.20 LPA, 5-year contract (renewable).

Customer Relationship Executive: Up to 6.20 LPA, 5-year contract (renewable).

CTC includes fixed pay, allowances, and performance-linked incentives.

Circle-wise Vacancies
