Responsibilities of Warden & Assistant Warden
As a Warden at KGBV, you will be entrusted with the holistic care and development of residential students. Key duties include:
Student Welfare & Discipline: Ensuring a safe, healthy, and disciplined hostel environment.
Academic Support: Collaborating with teachers to monitor student progress.
Health & Hygiene: Overseeing medical care, sanitation, nutrition, and hygiene practices.
Administrative Tasks: Maintaining registers (attendance, medical, consumables, etc.), managing daily routines, and coordinating with school administration.
Parent & Community Engagement: Facilitating communication between school, parents, and local committees.
