For Junior Clerk‑cum‑Copyist, Stenographer Grade‑III & Junior Typist
Candidates must satisfy all of the following:
Be a citizen of India.
Have passed +3 Examination or an equivalent qualification from a recognised University.
Possess at least a Diploma in Computer Application from a recognised institute.
Have passed the Odia test equivalent to M.E. Standard (ability to speak, read, and write Odia).
Be between 18 and 42 years of age as on 28.08.2026. Upper age relaxation for reserved categories is available as per Government rules.
Be registered with an Employment Exchange.
Be of good character and sound health, free from organic defects or communicable diseases.
Not have more than one spouse living (if married).
