Eligibility Criteria for Sundargarh PGT Recruitment
To be eligible for these Guest Teacher positions, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

The selection will be based on a 100-mark system:
Career Weightage (50 Marks):
1st Division: 50 marks
2nd Division with min. 50% marks: 30 marks
Teaching Experience (30 Marks):
1 year = 10 marks
2 years = 20 marks
3 years and above = 30 marks
(Note: 10 months of experience is treated as 1 year)
Interview (20 Marks): Personal interview carrying 20 marks.
Tie-Breaker: In case of a tie in total marks, the candidate with a higher percentage in the B.Ed. exam will be given preference.
Salary
Selected PGT Guest Teachers will be paid ₹400 per class/period, with a maximum monthly honorarium of ₹16,000.
